Founded in early 1970, FRYOG helps to attain and develop competence in their Yoga careers and to help promote a spirit of world-wide friendship.
The society’s aims:
- To encourage the study and practice of Yoga
- To provide certificated Teacher Training Courses in comprehensive Yoga
- To provide a register of Diploma holders
